  More to follow, but it is ny Absolute Favorite in the city. Especially like their terriaky beef.

  Awful. The atmosphere is abysmal and their kids were playing ball inside in the dining room when we picked up our food. I got teriyaki chicken, boneless spare ribs, and crab Rangoon. The chicken was all fat, the spare ribs were dry and tough, the rice was dry. The crab rangoons were SO soggy. The filling inside was delicious (only reason for the 2 stars instead of one) but the shells were so soggy and chewy. They should be crispy and light. I'm going back to China sails.

  Went in to order some chicken wings and clearly was looking at the menu and the lady at the counter rudely asked what I wanted and I said I needed a minute to check and then haven't even looked at the other side of the menu and said again with an attitude are u ready.
  
  I didn't bother to order anything else other than the wings at this point - you're lost.
  
  She gives me the total and I hand her my card and she laughed at me and said u need atleast $15 and I was like I don't have cash and no where does it say u need a min payment for card.
  
  I left and do not plan to come back. Worst service ever.

  One of the best Chinese restaurants in the Riv.  Why only three stars? Because like most restaurants in this city the entire place is filthy and could use a deep cleaning. Maybe the grime is seasoning the food because its absolutely delicious. That's a gross joke but seriously they are always busy yet still manage to deliver food in reasonable windows of time, sometime faster than Domino's. The prices are average but the quantities can get a little skimpy.  I've never gotten a bad plate here. There was a girl who had a language barrier that used to answer the phone and was a bit rude but they've since handled that. I live the free New Year's calendars they give out to customers and despite it's flaws Happy Garden is an unpolished gem in the rough of Fall River.

  I live right near this restaurant so it's the easiest place to order Chinese food from. Sometimes I have good experiences yet most times I don't. First off, I found many hair in my food. Mostly stuck in my rice. It's so gross! The thing that made me never come back because of is food spoiling. I got one of their plates that came with crab rangoons ext. When I took a bite of it, the cream inside tasted sour! I knew it wasn't right to eat because it usually tastes sweet and good! Later on, I got terrible food poisoning/nausea as result of that piece of spoiled food. It's always better to cook at home when you know the condition of the food.
